PATRICIA E. LAWRENCE

Patricia E. Lawrence joined RE/MAX International in December 2005 as Vice President of Human Resources. She was named Senor Vice President in April 2007. Lawrence has extensive experience as a human resources professional with numerous HR initiatives and accomplishments to her credit.
Lawrence previously served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for IHS Inc. in Englewood, Colo. She also served five years with Denver-based Teletech Holdings, Inc., serving in the positions of director of human resources business development, vice president, human resources and finally as vice president, leadership development.
Her additional experience includes two years with the Walt Disney World Company as business unit team leader, human resources, and nearly 20 years at Keystone Resort where she was an employment manager, director of human resources and as vice president, human resources for the last five years of her tenure there.
Lawrence holds an M.B.A. from the University of Denver as well as an Employee Relations Law Certificate, the SPHR Certification and is a Certified Myers Briggs Facilitator, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a past president of the Rocky Mountain College Placement Association.
