Nick Bailey has been licensed in real estate sales since 1996. He joined RE/MAX Mountain States as a Management Consultant in April of 2001, was promoted to Senior Management Consultant in April 2003 and was named Assistant Regional Director in August 2003. He became Regional Director of RE/MAX Central and Northern Ohio as well as the RE/MAX Western Pennsylvania division in January 2004 and was promoted to Vice President in July 2004. In April 2007, RE/MAX International reached an agreement to acquire the RE/MAX Florida and RE/MAX Carolinas Regions and Bailey was named Regional Vice President of RE/MAX Florida overseeing all franchise operations and personnel in that region.
During his career as a real estate agent at Real Estate Connection GMAC in Powell, Wyoming, Bailey was a million-dollar producer and also served as Office Manager and Associate Broker from 1996 through mid-2001. He was an officer and director of Park County Board of Realtors and was voted 1996 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Powell Valley Chamber of Commerce, Powell, Wyoming.
He earned a Bachelor of Science (BA) degree in business administration from Montana State University after completing an Associate of Science degree at Northwest College. He is also a graduate of Wyoming Real Estate Institute.
Bailey is a member of both the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® and holds the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) designation.
He and his wife Hannah have one son, Jackson and are avid golfers, snow skiers and scuba divers.
