LAVERNE W. BINTNER

LaVerne Bintner began his career with RE/MAX as a Regional Director in the St. Louis Region from 1989 to 1990. He was named corporate trainer at RE/MAX International headquarters in 1990 and simultaneously served as interim Regional Director of the Central Ohio region in 1993. In 1997, he was appointed Vice President, training.
Prior to joining RE/MAX, he was affiliated with Coldwell Banker as a regional vice president in Denver, Colorado. He holds a master’s degree from Colorado State University, where he taught for a number of years, and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado.
Bintner is well-known throughout the RE/MAX system for his energetic and informative training programs. He is also a popular speaker at educational sessions presented in conjunction with the annual RE/MAX International conventions and conferences. During the weeks he is not in Denver teaching the monthly management course for new RE/MAX Broker/Owners and Managers, he might be found anywhere in the world conducting special training courses in RE/MAX regions.
As head of the Training Department, Bintner coordinates a team of corporate trainers and administrative assistants to deliver a variety of other educational and training programs including military spouse employment. He is also charged with development of education course work for RE/MAX University in programs such as management training on demand (MTOD), agent training on demand (ATOD) and other on-campus educational classes.
Bintner is active as a coach of youth programs in football, baseball and basketball and has keen interests in hunting and fishing.
